It is just layers of spaghetti ragu, roasted eggplant slices, parmesan cheese and any other cheese I find in the fridge. Then I heat it up in a medium oven (350F) for 20-30 minutes. Cheese on top should be melted and sauce bubbly. Then serve over noodles. Easy peasy!
