NEW ORCHID COLLECTIONS

Such a busy year end...
We've been having house and garden reconstruction.
It might be need two weeks more to finish this reconstruction.
but actually my hand can't stop to do nothing with plant and dirt.

I bought two boxes of hybrid Dendrobium orchid from online nurseries, both of seedling and adult plants.

We also bought natural species orchids from local nursery.

hoping they will grow well, and have new 'homey' place here in our garden.

  1. Dearest Endah,
You are to be envied for having the climate with enough moisture in the air to make them grow so well.
One dream we had to leave behind when moving back from living in Java... the orchid dream as they thrive so well there!
    Hugs,
    Mariette

    1. Thank you, Mariette. We are so lucky live in a tropical climate, that we can grow all year round.

  2. ooh, how lovely. I have a couple of indoor orchids which always bud in December and then the flowers last for about 6 months - they're so beautiful! You are lucky to have them outside too!
