PAPAYA LEAVES FROM COMPOST HEAP

This was our backyard this week.
A bit messy...

We could find lots of little papaya trees on the raised beds.
They came from our compost heap that I spread on December.
They grow like as weed on the raised bed.

The papaya leaves looks so fresh.
Then We pull out some and picked lots of young tender leaves to be boiled.

So delicious to be eaten with 'sambal' ground chilli  sauce.
Great stuff than thrown away on to compost heap.
