ASPARAGUS; UPDATE MAY 2016


This is the only one survivor on our asparagus patch.



I move the seedling from the balcony into terrace garden in January.
We can see the seedling here.
It looks grows so slowly, it might the pot was too small.
It's time to move it into bigger pot.



Actually, this is my first experience on growing asparagus.
I don't know how many time I failed.



This is our asparagus on the new place.



I hope it will be grow so happy, so healthy.
I have no idea, when I can harvest its edible spears.



Hoping we can find the spears soon...

  1. They seem to grow well here in the Midwest U.S. I don't have them in my garden, but the food garden where I volunteer has a nice, healthy patch of them that return year after year. Good luck! I hope you'll have a good harvest!

  2. I have asparagus as well Enadah. It does not any problem in growing, moreover it flowers and gives small fruit. Hope your is healthy!
