SUNDAY MORNING HARVEST

A beautiful Sunday morning, sunny day with the blue sky. It seem like it's not in rainy season.
Just weeding in the messy garden, while collecting something fresh from the garden.

The are purplish amaranth, 'Som Jawa' leaves (Talinum sp), Kara beans, tomatoes, passion fruits, 'Kedondong Laut' leaves (Polyscias sp), bitter gourd (Momordica sp), Leunca (Solanum nigrum) and Citrus hystrix leaves for aromatic seasoning.

We made crispy tempura from purplish amaranth, soup from Som Jawa, and sambal (ground hot sauce). That's great for our breakfast.
Thanks GOD...

  1. Dearest Endah,
How lovely to walk inside the home with such a variety of fresh leaves and other things to eat!
We have had days of rain and cloudy, dark weather due to another hurricane in the area.
    Hugs,
    Mariette
