ReplyDeleteActually the color is only a 'bonus'. The materials of foods coloring are mostly spices or herb, also juices from leaves or fruits.
DeleteThis series is going to be fascinating! I've been looking for ever for natural food colouring, since here in Europe, we use too much chemical!
