STAR FRUIT : TOO LATE...

When I was  noticing our star fruit tree, I found some black spots on the fruits.
I think these fruits were infected by fruit flies.
Oh please....

Lots of fruits were infected!
I was too late..., I should wrap the fruits earlier.

Look... almost of the fruits that hanging on the tree have infected.

Fail...fail...

Ahhh... I still have a star fruit that I've wrapped two months ago.
I think this fruit is safe...
It looks no spots here.
I hope...

  1. Can you cut away the bad spots and save the other fruit? Wrapping them in plastic is a great idea!

    1. Yes, finally I cut away all the spotted fruits, and wrapped the healthy fruits.

  2. What a shame! Do the fruit flies nibble the fruits, pierce them and suck the juices it lay eggs in them?

    1. Yes, that's right. Very serious problem, they make the fruits rotten and decayed.

  3. Good idea wrapping the fruits in plastic, but sometimes we're too late in our busy lives.
