SAWO : FLOWER BUDS ARE COMING...

My little fruit trees were neglected of my attention.
I planted some little fruit trees on pots, cause no space anymore for big trees.
This is Sawo (Manilkarla zapota).

Actually this plant's growth was stagnated for few months, hopeless...
Then I added some compost and fertilizer.
I let this plant is exposed to the rain and sun.

Now... you can see how thrive this little plant.
The shoots are so fresh.

And.... I'm finding some flower buds each shoot.
I dream that all flower buds will blooming and turn in to little fruits.
Hmmm... I will pick my own  yummy fruits.
I hope it become a reality.

Wow ... I'm finding a little fruit.

Hope it will become my first sawo fruit this year.
I wish....

    1. Yes, you are alright. Unpredictable weather sometimes make our flowering plants getting 'shock', and it will influent their growth. It happened on my Star fruit tree, rain and dry weather come and go extremely, so all of the flowers on the tree have fallen down on to the ground. Hope my Sawo will safe.

  6. Może dojrzeje chociaż jeden owoc! U nas też często się to zdarza - drzewka owocowo pięknie kwitną a potem przychodzą przymrozki i owoców jest mało.
    Pozdrawiam cieplutko.

    1. Yes, we are lucky, cause our tropical climate is suitable to plenty varieties of fruits trees that can produce fruit almost all year round. Some trees are seasonal, and others are non seasonal fruit trees, such as banana, pineapple, jackfruit, guava, starfruit, and many more. Although on your climate you couldn't grow fruit trees all year round, but the varieties are so special for me, cause we couldn't grow it here.
Enjoy your day and have a nice week.

  10. Congratulations! New growth (especially on a fruit tree) is so encouraging. My Lemon tree had a bit of a shock when we moved it outside. It still needs more sun, but I'm hoping it will turn around. Enjoy your beautiful fruit trees!
