Again....gardening on the kitchen.
Yes, last week I bought three baglogs of 'jamur kuping hitam' or black mushroom on the Agro Expo.
Now, they are grown on my kitchen, beside the sink area.
In this area, the humidity is much higher than on other parts on my house.
They just need a little bit sprinkle of water twice a day.
This mushroom has a great taste.
So delicious for soup and other dishes.
I think next three days I can pick the mushroom for the first time.
Delicious soup will ready to be served soon...

They look like something that should live in the sea, I've never seem any like them over here
ReplyDeletehere, we can find it grows wildly on the old trees or logs. But We only find the wild one just during the wet warm weather
DeleteI envy you Enadah! I'd like to have growing mushrooms in my kitchen as well!
ReplyDeleteThis is for the second time I grow mushroom on my kitchen. The first one I grew oyster mushroom. I could harvest the mushroom once a week during three months. You could try it!
DeleteI said already before that these mushrooms are so interesting. Love to follow the growing experience in your kitchen.
ReplyDeleteThanks for following, Janneke! This is my first experience growing black mushroom, I hope I will be success.
