There are so many traditional dishes that made from this sprouts.
I made 'Triwis & Cumi Lada Hitam' (Cabbage Sprouts & Calamary with black pepper).
This is a special dish for my family.
250 g triwis (cabbage sprouts)
250 g fresh calamari
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 full tablespoon chopped onion
1 teaspoon pounded black pepper
1 tablespoon cooking oil.
100 ml water
Cook triwis in the boiled water about 5 minutes, then drain.
Heat the cooking oil on the pan.
Stir fry the onion on it.
Put the calamari and continue stir after the color is turned pale.
Sprinkle the black pepper and pour the water, then the last put the triwis into the pan and stir it for about five minutes, and take it from the pan.
