PURPLE HYACINTH BEAN : LETS PICK THE BEANS

Maybe you still remember with my Hyacinth bean (Lablab purpureus) flower.

Now, we can find lots of beans that ready to be picked.

The bean is really crunchy and a little bit sweet.
Great for stir frying and curry.

    1. As long as I know that this bean are grown on USA mainly for ornamental purpose, because both of the flower and foliage are so beautiful. There are so many varieties you can find there.
      Have a wonderful week!
