Actually, I don't know the name of this variety.
If you know about the name, please tell me.
I sowed two seed on the late of May.
And two weeks later I moved them into bigger pots.
I put them one on the southern balcony, the other one on my porch, near the front door.
I should prepare the support for this vine, but I didn't do that.
The vine is climbing everywhere, so I put a plastic line on the canopy on my balcony as an emergency support.
The Morning Glory vine that I put it on the porch is climbing on the leaves of some plants next to the pot.
I find some flower buds almost everyday.
I'm sure they will greeting us with their sweet color everyday.
And... they will share the 'glory' to everybody who see them.
I still have six seeds of Morning Glory to be sowed next time.
Hope they have different colors.
So... my home garden will more colorful...
Oh how pretty! Lovely bloom for a wonderful gardener :-) I didn't have a good start with morning glory growing from seed. I have sowed a few few months ago. One seed sprouted and later when the rain came pouring, the poor seedling died. I felt really bad after that. Now seeing yours, I am encouraged again to sow some morning glory seeds again when possible. Enjoy the pretty blooms, Enday! You have a great day.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have never known that the color is so pretty like this. Such a lovely plant, growing so well with minimum handling.
Deletethank you for coming.
What a beautiful colour your Morning Glory is, I imagine it's going to look fantastic once it starts blooming fully.
ReplyDeleteYes, you're right. Thank you for coming.
DeleteThose are one of the worst weeds that I have, it is so hard to get rid of once it gets into a garden.
ReplyDeleteI see, it will be an incridible weed for your garden. But your steer must be love it.
DeleteOur morning glory refuses to flower.
ReplyDeleteOh...please, for the first time I sowed Moonflower-a varian of scented morning glory, it made me so frustation, but I think the quality of the seeds were not good enough. Now, I'm so happy to see them grow so well
DeleteSweetnya color morning glory ini. Nampaknya Endah pun jadi peminat bunga ini juga. Saya pun ada beberapa jenis baru yang belum disemai lagi.
ReplyDeleteBetul Kak, cantik-cantik warnanya saya suka.
DeleteBeautiful, such a pretty colour. I was hoping to grow Morning Glories this year, I had some really strong, healthy seedlings but the slugs gobbled them up the minute I planted them out. I was hoping they'd cover my fence as they have masses of blooms once they get going.
ReplyDeleteYou're right. I can imagine how beautiful they are, decorating your fence. The masses of blooms will look so beautiful.
DeleteThe colour is absolutely amazing!
ReplyDeleteActually, this is for the first time I see this color.
DeleteThis year I have the normal blue Morning Glory. I think you have a lovely one, I like the beautiful soft pink colour. On first photo I thought it was the white one, we have that too and that´s an awful weed.
ReplyDeleteThe blue one is a common weed here, but it so beautiful.
DeleteWhat a lovely morning glory. Where did you get the seeds?
ReplyDeleteI got it from my friend on facebook. I follow some urban gardener groups.
DeleteThat's a very pretty Morning Glory. It's graceful and a beautiful mix of soft colors. Lucky you!
ReplyDeleteThanks, yes, I am. When I got the seeds, I didn't know the color. I'm so happy that the color is so interesting
DeleteLove your morning glory!!! Mine is taking off too! I will have to share photos with you when it blooms! Yours is such a soft stunning color friend! Happy gardening! Nicole xo
ReplyDeleteI want to see your morning glory, friend. It must be so beautiful.
DeleteSuch a pretty flower! My garden is lacking of blooms!
ReplyDeleteHope your garden will full of blooms soon.
DeleteBeautiful~ I love the soft pink color. I think that this the first pink color I have seen in morning glories. Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. Here, there are so many colors of hybrid morning glories, and I want to collect them all, but I think I should prepare an extra space for them all.
DeleteHappy gardening and have a nice week!
Cantiiik....
