KAILAN : STIR FRIED WITH CHICKEN BALLS

Last month I picked some kailan from my terrace garden.
I picked all from my planter box.
I just let a pot to provide seeds for the next planting.

I got a bunch of kailan for dinner.
This is the second experiment on cooking kailan.
I made Kailan Stir Fried with Chicken Balls, a simple recipe.

I add a tablespoon of  chopped garlic,  half teaspoon of salt, a teaspoon of sugar, a tablespoon of oyster sauce, and also a pinch of pepper as seasoning.

This simple dish became so special.
Cause nothing remain on our plates.
My daughter really love it...
So... ready for the next experiment...
