Coconut roots are long and so strong.
Not just strong, they also flexible and tough.
The root is straight and so long.
They usually pop up on to the ground.
Here, we can find so many handy crafts that made from the roots.
The tangle of the root sometime used as a swing, outdoor rug, flexible chair and many more.

Coconut root is well known as traditional medicinal stuff.
It's often used to treat diarrhea, urination disorder, skin inflammatory, fever, bronchitis, and also to treat liver disorder.
The water  decoction of the  root is usually used as tonic, to improve blood circulation and improve body immunity.

To treat diarrhea and fever, we need 15 grams of coconut roots, then wash it on the flowing water then boil it on 200 ml or a glass of water on medium heat for about 15 minutes.
Strain the water, let it warm  and drink it 3 - 4 times a day.
