RAWIT BESAR : GET RIPEN

This is my hot chili 'Rawit Besar' today.
I'm finding three red fruits, there are several reddish-green fruits hanging on the branches.
I guess this chili is so hot and will be great for 'sambal' (Indonesian ground chili sauce)
Hot...hot...hot....

  1. Walupun pokoknya kecil tapi banyak juga cilinya. Disini kalau cabe rawit ni sedap dibuat 'air asam'.

    1. Oh no, we usually use it fresh, and have never dried it. The taste is very different between fresh and dried chili. We love the fresh one.
