WEEKLY HARVEST : APRIL 3

Here they are...

Wednesday : 
passion fruits, edamame, chayotes, chayote's shoots, green mustard, papaya, pumpkin leaves and purple eggplants


Thursday : 
Chayotes and leafy spices; jeruk purut (kefir lime leaves-Citrus hystrix), daun kunyit (tumeric leaf-Curcuma domestica) and daun salam (Indonesian bay leaves - Syzygium polyanthum).


Friday :
Passion fruits, green onions and cabe rawit


Saturday :
Passion fruits, Chayotes, purple eggplant, globular green eggplant, garlic chives and belimbing wuluh/bilimbi


Sunday :
Green onion and passion fruits.

Monday :
Red amaranth, lettuce 'Bellini', green amaranths, passion fruits, garlic chives and belimbing wuluh.


Tuesday :
Chayotes, green amaranths, yard long beans, oyong (loofa), kara, kembang telang (butterfly pea flowers), and red okra

    1. It's so delicious for soup or stir fried. You should try it! It will be so soft when the laeves are cooked.

    1. Thank you Nicole! I think all products from our garden are much safe and healthy for our family. I'm not sure to the food safety on many agricultural products that sold on the market or groceries. Have a great week!
