Finding self growing plants is a lovely thing.
Look... we're finding some Kembang Pacar or rose balsam (Impatien balsamina) in the raised bed.
This simple plant with double petal flower is so beautiful.
This plant grows rapidly.
Enjoy the weather...
Growing wildly...
I really love it...
The color is so striking...
Thanks GOD for this beauty...
I seem to remember growing these as pot plants many yeas ago
ReplyDeleteMy neighbor grow it wildly, looks so beautiful. and a bit invasive.
DeletePlant them in groups, when they bloom the effect can be quite impressive.
ReplyDeleteYes, that's right, so impressive!
DeleteMy friend used to grow these (maybe she still does, I'll have to ask). I tried to grow them once from seed, but I don't think I had enough sun. Beautiful plants!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Beth. You should try it again.
Deleteyes, so pretty, Lisa. Thanks
ReplyDeleteMy Father-in-law used to love these plants. He had a huge patch of them. All colors. Seeing this one brings back fond memories. I had them in the garden for awhile but they eventually stopped coming back.
ReplyDeleteseveral years ago, I planted some single petal varieties. Looks so simple if it's grown as single planted, but looks so awesome if it's grown in a mass patch.
DeleteSaya ada pelbagai warna juga. Tempat saya dipanggil keembung atau inai pacar.
ReplyDeletesangat cantik, Kak Mala, warna warni
DeleteTo prześliczna roślina!
ReplyDeleteSerdecznie pozdrawiam.
I love rose balsam too, Endah. Some years ago I had these plants as annuals in my garden. But they aren't self-seeding because of cold winter.
ReplyDeleteYours are well and happy.
Thank you, Nadezda. Ross balsam mostly grow wildly here, the mature fruits is usually broken and then the seed spread naturally.
