REPOTTING THE FIG

Sometimes the neglected  plant grows so well and wildy, but sometimes looks so poor.
Yeah... it happens on my fig.
I think the pot have already too small...

Look... the root have full filled the 'little pot'.

I have to move this fig into bigger pot soon and add more compost.
I hope this plant will grow better on the bigger space.

IT'S OUR CAT WHISKERS...

Hey look...lots of white flowers on our front yard...

We love cat... and we have lots of cat whiskers....
Yeah... here they are our Kumis Kucing (Orthosiphon aristatus).
Kumis kucing means cat whiskers.

A beneficial plant that even grows wildly or as a home garden plant.
It well known as a medicinal plant.

It is a member of Labiatae or Lamiaceae family.
I grows it by cutting.

Look... we can see some flower cluster there.

The white flower is so beautiful...

The leaves usually used as traditional medicine for urinary disorder.
Love to see them blooming almost everyday in our tiny garden.

RELOADING THE WEEDY RAISED BEDS

I think it's so annoying when all that we have done is giving us nothing.
The rainy season with very heavy rainfalls, wind and high humidity, makes all of our effort on gardening was useless, unsuccesful.
I have already planted vegetables about three-four times during the rainy season, but nothing remain.

Rainfall, and snail are the main problem.
Rainfall made the branches were broken and the leaves were decayed.
So, I let the bed was 'empty' without vegetables on it.

And another bed was full of weed...

Mostly is Milkweed, a beautiful weed.

Time to take a rest for a moment.
And I think the rainy season will be over soon, so last week I prepared the new gardening season.
Weeding, digging, then planting...
A tiring week...

BEAUTIFUL PATCH ON THE TERRACE GARDEN

So many vegetables with so various color and shape are growing so healthy here.
Parsley, red and green amaranths, packcoy, lettuce, mustard green and green onion.

FINDING UNIQUE PEPPER ON TERRACE GARDEN

Finding a unique chilli-pepper on the terrace garden.
Actually I have no idea what variety of this pepper.
I have thought that it's only a common chilli pepper.
But when the chilli emerging, it's really surprising.

The shape is so unique.
What a shame, the name tag have already disappear.

I think it's one of our ornamental pepper, but I don't know what its name.

Last year I bought a package of ornamental pepper seeds.
That was about 15 variety inside.
Hoping someone know what's the ID. 
I should ask about it to the seller...
And save any seeds for the next season.

TIME TO PRUNNING

These are two pots of mint that remain on our terrace garden.
A neglected herbs...

Although I really love it.
We love to smell the fresh air with the mint aroma, when the breeze comes.

The leaves looks so small. 

When I'm checking these pots, they are full of roots and unhealthy branches.

I think they need to be prunned or replanted.
