GROWING SWEET POTATO FOR GREENS

We love sweet potato both of the root and the leaves.
We usually stir fry the leaves or just steam it and eat it with peanut sauce.

This week, I grew sweet potatoes from cuttings.
I cut the stems and picked just the leaves to be stir fried.
The stem remains were ready to be planted.

We can find bot of the little shoots and roots on the leaf axils.

I hope they will grow so well, although the weather is so hot.
And I can harvest the sweet potato next, but I can pick the greens soon.

    1. Yes, that's right, Malar. I just use garlic, shallot, salt and soy sauce.

I do not know what they look like.

    They are delicious.
