Look... this is one of my fruit plant collection Srikaya (Annona squamosa).
After I moved this little tree from backyard into front yard, the fallen flowers have reduced.
When this tree was still on my back yard, it looked so poor.
The flowers always fallen after blooming.
I grow it on a pot.
Actually, I put it on my front yard to keep this space 'green', after we cut lots of trees on our front yard.
However we get more...
This plant is getting a suitable place I think.
We can find the little fruits are hanging on the twigs.
You can check the plant when it still on my backyard here.
I can't wait to see and taste the ripen fruits next.
Hello garden friend, I think moving it will make all the difference. Looking forward to seeing the fruit. Enjoy your warm day in Indonesia.
ReplyDeleteThank you for coming Teresa. You're right. I hope you always be healthy during this winter. Stay warm with my blog.
DeleteIt's always exciting to anticipate the first fruit
ReplyDeleteThat's right, Sue. So exciting!
DeleteGardening is often trial and error, and a good portion of happy coincidences! What does the fruit taste like?
ReplyDeleteThat's true, Helene. The taste is sweet, milky and slightly vibrous
DeleteAre they similar to Nona fruit? Hope your will harvest plenty of them! ;)
ReplyDeleteYes, on some places it's called Nona fruit. I hope so
