Actually today we only got a small amount from our tiny garden.
Papaya leaves, bitter gourds or pare, passion fruit and kembang telang or blue butterfly pea flowers.
The Papaya leaves were boiled with clay to reduce the bitterness.
Then it's washed then pressed to removed the water.
It's great to be eaten with sambal (Indonesian ground chili sauce).
They enjoy the collections from their garden very much.ReplyDelete
