You have so many healthy growing gingerplants. I tried once ginger growing in my greenhouse, it went all well until we got a very cold winter, of course they died before we could harvest ginger. I sometimes buy a piece of gingerroot to make tea, tastes so good with lemon.
You will be well supplied when it matures.

DeleteWow! I like your ginger plants. My turmeric though has lots of bulbs, the tips of the leaves are often brown.
