This very wet weather is so hard for our Brassicas.
There're lots of rotten brassicas in our garden.
But look... our red cabbage patch.
There are two cracked 'head'.
I'm not sure the real problem.
Readers, do you know why?
And how to treat it or to prevent the healthy plant from this disaster.
I read before that cabbage crack when it's matured. Usually we have to harvest before they crack
ReplyDeleteThank you, Malar. It's interesting information
DeleteI think it needed harvesting sooner, it looks as though it is ready to flower. Our red cabbage has been a total failure this year.
ReplyDeleteThank you for the lesson, Sue.
DeleteIts overdue...
ReplyDeleteIt's true...
DeleteEndah
ReplyDeleteI think that your cabbage is ready to eat.
I love red cabbage heat. It's delicious.
Greetings.
