ROSE TIME - CONFETTI
This is my oldest rose collection. I planted it on my front garden about a couple of months after I moved to my recent home, more than five years ago. This is 'Confetti', but I'm not sure about the variety name.
This collection is really very often blossom. Never stop flowering... Please enjoy the beauty...
That is a nice rose, I can almost smell it, so good. We have a lot of wild roses with small flowers. I don't have the bushes from the store that look so nice.
Actually I bought 6 varieties at the time only IDR 20,000 or about US$ 1.6 for all. Very cheap. I bought it from traditional reseller, so there weren't information about the name and source. I love roses, so I collect them as much as possible.
They have beautiful fragrance. In the warm and humid area, like mine, they only have short time blossom. The color usually paler and the size smaller than roses that planted on highland
I have been trying to grow and collect many kind of roses. But I feel it's not easy to make them stand on longer and grow well in the warm and humid area. I don't know how many time I got fail. Try and error, to make sure that the roses are compatible with the mikroclimate in my home garden
A lovely rose, and a real pleasure to look at on this cold January day in the uk. I grow roses too, and love them dearly. I am just getting interested in the Old roses, and have just planted 3 barefoot plants yesterday.
