COSMOS : TIME TO RESIGN

This is the view of my cosmos patch.
I took the pictures below before the windy rain.

I really love this patch.
I could enjoy it from my bedroom.
So... they gave me more spirit to start my days.

Look the patch after the windy and rainy week.
So messy...
So poor...

I have to tidying up soon.
And... prepare a new beauty to resign the old patch.

  2. Your flowers Cosmos have beautiful yellow color.
Rain and wind are always making havoc in the garden.
Your plants will soon be beautifully to look like.
In my cosmos flowers are in pink, maroon, of white colors. Never in colors of yellow.
    Greetings from far away Polish.

  3. What a shame. Which varieties do you grow as ours are usually white or pink. Orange and yellow varieties tend to be very short.

  4. I suppose we have to enjoy the flowers when they bloom as you never know what storm may take them away.

    1. Thanks Laura. We have an extreme weather past two week. It's really unfriendly for my garden. Have a nice day.

  6. Są śliczne, wyglądają jak małe słoneczka. Szkoda, że deszcz je zniszczył. Przesyłam pozdrowienia.

  7. What a pity, they were so lovely! I never knew, there was yellow cosmos, only white, red and pink. What are you going to plant instead? By the way: I found your zuchini very pretty too! Yours Sarah

    1. Thanks Sarah. I'm not sure, what will I plant there. Maybe vinca or other cosmos, I already have their self sowed seedling on my garden. Maybe I can move them. Have a nice day

  10. Cosmos are lovely plants, but like many flowers they don’t like wind and rain. But if you cut them down they will come back again, won’t they?

    1. I think if we cut the young plant's stem, the side shoots will appear from the leaf axils. It's look like a pinching process. Thank you for stopping by
