The fruit is well known for eaten raw.
Sweet taste and so crispy.

A beautiful and tasty vegetable.
This eggplant is almost never cooked, just served on the fresh raw dish.
Eaten with sambal ( ground chili sauce).
Hmmm... so yummy...

I've never eaten raw aubergine. I agree about the flower it's really lovely.

ReplyDeleteyes, the eggplant bloom is so beautiful. the color is so interesting too. Here we have unpredictable weather through this week. Hot and sweaty day, then big rain falls suddenly. It makes lot of us get flu.
