SPICES GARDEN : PLANTING ZINGIBERACEAE

The raised bed have ready yet...
So... the new spices patch was ready...

On the southern side I put A-stake to climb on the green beans.

Under the stake I planted a row of  'jahe putih' or white ginger roots.

And on the northern side I planted  'jahe merah' or red ginger roots in a row.

I have saved the ginger roots for about a month  in the plastic bag, so some of the roots have emerged the shoots yet.

And the last one was a row of kunyit or turmeric roots on the eastern side.

Hoping they will grow so well here... in our 'wet' dry season...
