So thrives...
We can find the flower clusters here and there.
Look... there are so many cluster that full of pods.
I pick some pods every two days.
Not just the pods, the young leaves are also be a delicious greens
We can make so many kind of dishes from the pods.
The young pod is really crunchy.
They add more variation in my menu this week.
Thanks GOD.
It is always very nice, to have a look at a plant that is growing so well. It is not only useful, but the flowers are very pretty too!

Yes, I almost never buy veggies. The yield is sometime so plenty, so I could share it with my friends and neighbors.

Wow, they have taken over and produced a crop as well. They probably grow a few inches each day.

They look a little like our mangetout.

Your kara vines are interesting and pretty. The pods looks like snow peas! Are they edible, how do they taste like? Happy gardening!
ReplyDeleteYes, they are edible. The taste is similar with green bean. The young raw pod is little bit sweet and so crispy.

Is it a perennial plant or you plant it every year? It reminds me of our peas.
ReplyDeleteIf the weather is favorable through the years and with good maintenance (pruning and fertilizing), this vine could be grow well until three years, even more. But here. sometime this plant is grown as a biennial.
