How deep is her love to me... I couldn't measure it.
It must be sooo.... deep.
So much memories would never disappear on my mind.
I always remember all togetherness with her.
A sweet memories is about 'Kembang Tembelekan' (Lantana Camara).
She really loved this flower, although the smell is not good enough when the leaves are crushed.
This was the last outdoor activity on May 2009 before her first heart attack.
(Sorry the time and date on the pictures were incorrect, failure on time setting.)
I took these pictures when we visited Dieng Plateau.
She really loved this bush, but when I asked her to take a picture beside this beautiful bush, she rejected it.
She was so enthusiastic to this bush.
Actually I would showed these pictures to her, but before I moved this pictures from my camera and printed it, she got her first heart attack and treated on ICU for about 11 days.
Yeah...about two weeks after we visited this place she was hospitalized.
So... every time I see Lantana, I always remember her...
We always love you...
We wish you rest in peace... in heaven...
Such a beautiful flower and to see it bring you a memory of you mom.

ReplyDeleteSo special that you have such a sweet memories of your morther to this bush of Lantana camara. I had this plant for years in a tub, but it died in a severe winter when it was too cold in my greenhouse.
ReplyDeleteMy mother planted several varieties of Lantana on her garden. But after she passed away, the plants died. I don't know, it might caused drought or mealy bugs.
