GIFT OF THE WEEK : CREAMY CHAYOTE AND FINGER EGGPLANT

These are the lovely gifts of this week...


My friend gave me a bag of surprise for me last Monday.
Yea... he brought me three creamy chayotes for seedling and also four ripen finger eggplants.
He know that I really want to grow these plants.



He have ever given me chayote seedlings twice, but all have died.
This was the third...
I hope they will grow so well.


Last year, he gave me ripen finger eggplants for seed, but I didn't success on making seedling from this vegetables.
I hope I will be success on growing these plants...

  1. Finger eggplants look so cool, do they taste like normal eggplants?
    I didn't get any special gift this week, oh well I got chocolate but they don't count :D

  2. Those egg plants are or aubergines as we call them are a very unusual colour. I have never come across orange ones before.

  3. I've never seen chayotes this color; the ones we have in California are pale green,

    1. Yes, the common chayote that grown here is pale green variety too.
