Yes, that's right, Sue. But in highland tropic cauliflowers grow so well. In the middle land and low land, the heat always be a problem, although we use heat-tolerant variety.

DeleteI'm guessing that in your climate cauliflowers and are quite difficult to grow. Like Jo I am glad you managed to get some benefit out of it.

ReplyDeleteI think you can try to grow heat- tolerant varieties. Here in some low land areas with hot-heat weather, cauliflowers can grow well.
DeleteYou did very well to grow cauliflowers at all and it doesn't matter at all that the curds split apart. Cauliflower soup is one of my favourites!
