CAULIFLOWER : TOO LATE...

Yesterday I picked two cauliflowers from our tiny garden.

Look...I got an over-harvested cauliflower.

It's too late to be harvested.

The curd have 'broken'...

This morning, I made soup from these cauliflowers.
However... the taste and texture still good enough.
Thanks GOD...

  1. I'm glad you could still make something out of them. I remember having a rather delightful cauliflower soup on mine & my husbands second date many years back x

    1. Yes, that's right, Sue. But in highland tropic cauliflowers grow so well. In the middle land and low land, the heat always be a problem, although we use heat-tolerant variety.

    1. I think you can try to grow heat- tolerant varieties. Here in some low land areas with hot-heat weather, cauliflowers can grow well.

  7. You did very well to grow cauliflowers at all and it doesn't matter at all that the curds split apart. Cauliflower soup is one of my favourites!
