Lettuce is my favorite vegetable for eaten raw.
I grow so many variety of lettuces on my little garden.
Green leaved version is the main variety.
Just a few variety of red version.
The red leaved variety is my favorite.
There are so many red varieties that I have ever grown.
This is the 'Red Rapid'.
Such a lovely vegetable.
Easy growing, and no bugs...
I let some plants get flowering, and set up seeds for the next planting.
We can find a lot of little plants from self seedling around the old plants.
The little yellow flower is so beautiful.
The diameter is about 5-7 mm.
Lovely vegetables and ornamental too...
Pretty salad pictures, I just have been sowing the ´Lollo Rosso´ which looks very similar to your ´Red Rapid´.
