AFTER THE WINDY AND ICY RAIN

After four days we left our house, and stayed on my parent house, finally we went home again yesterday afternoon.
The weather was very unpleasant.
We went home after the windy and icy rain.
I found something interesting on my front garden.
Yea... there were two mushrooms under the Phylodendron.

Actually I was really sad....
I had no idea about my garden at this time.
Poor garden....
There were two pots of chrysanthemum and pelargonium which fell onto the roof of the garage.
The pot which the  dewandaru tree on it were tumble.
And the soil were scattered on the floor at my balcony.

Leaves were torn and broken.

My pumpkin shoots look yellowish and became decayed.

So many roses look so poor..
Brownish, broken and became decayed.

Icy rain which fall after the dry and hot weather will damage the crops.
I hope the windy and icy rain will not come again.

  2. The wind does damage here usually in late spring, not much you can do about it. You will have things looking wonderful again but it will take time, it will only take more work as it is with most things.

    1. In early rainy season, usually hail started raining. Yes, I should spend more time to my garden and work harder.

  5. That nasty rain! I hope you have some fine weather ahead and can enjoy your roses again. On another note, my dad spent 2 years in Indonesia on a mission for our church many years ago. He used to sing children's songs to us in Indonesian when we were little.

  6. It looks as if you have the same weather like we have, wind and rain, rain and rain, too much rain and hail, that is how we call icy rain. But I suppose your temperatures are much higher than we have here and the sun will soon shine again.
