I took globular eggplants, tomatoes and hot peppers from my bouquet.
For the lunch I want to eat something fresh.
So I make "sambal tomat" and lalab terong.
Sambal is a traditional dish from many place in Indonesia.
Every place (I mean Province) have their own special sambal.
Sambal look like a crude chilli sauce.
Hot taste make it's so appetizing.
Sambal tomat is one of our family favorite sambal.
Lalab is vegetable that eaten raw.
I serve sambal and lalab with hot rice and fried corned beef.
So... have a nice lunch!
